your wellness experts
Delaram Raisdana, Ms. L.Ac., CFMP
My path to becoming an Acupuncturist began at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego. There, I was fortunate to have some of the most knowledgeable pioneers in this Eastern Medicine as my clinical mentors and professors. I completed my clinical rotations at UCSD Cancer Center, UCSD RIMAC Athletic Training Center, and UCSD Geriatrics Clinic.
I expanded my education after graduate school in the practice of Functional Medicine. Healing my own body with Functional Medicine combined with Eastern Medicine, I discovered the necessary component in complementing these two paradigms in each patient’s care.

Your Blueprint and My Approach
I always consider the miraculous ability the body has to restore itself to wellness and I wholeheartedly believe this miracle from personal experience.
You have a blueprint which deserves attentive and personalized care. By listening to you and learning your story, I can provide quality individualized care. You are not a chart, a case or a one-size fits all treatment plan.
I believe in providing sincere and tailored care for each of you. I always take into account you, as a whole. For this reason, I strive to get a thorough understanding of your body, mind and spirit. After all, healing encompasses the whole and complete person!
I See You
Conventional medicine is hyper-focused on treating symptoms while neglecting the WHOLE-istic approach to healing. I know firsthand, as I too struggled just as you are. I also lost faith as you might have.
I had to learn to navigate through the confusion of unknown aspects defining my condition. I know exactly what you can do to start healing and where to get the answers you need. This is a safe space. This is a judgement-free zone. You will find mindful care.
Mindful Care Always
While my approach is to consider your bodies’ innate resilience and the pieces comprising your blueprint, I also address the immediate, symptomatic crisis your body may be experiencing.
A symptom is like a domino piece ready to topple into other body systems, robbing you of your health and quality of life. Let’s catch that piece, reclaiming your optimal health, before it’s too late!
My Intuitive Practice
My practice in integrative medicine began over a decade ago to find those missing pieces. The purpose of why I became an Acupuncturist was to find the answers I was not getting from my doctors. Now, I am here today to help you! I want to make it easier for those who need hope in their healing and answers that they are not getting. Being that source to provide ancient, sacred and innovative ways to guide you is why I am here.
I embrace ancient, sacred and traditional medicine. However, I understand that we live in a modern world that does not always allow us to live in those ancient ways. I practice medicine that meets in the middle. It blends the wisdom from ancient Traditional Eastern Medicine with contemporary integrative techniques called Functional Medicine. In other words, I practice medicine that is intuitive and innovative. My practice is to create medicine personal to you, that restores your health while creating your body’s capacity to heal itself.
Sacred Practices & Awakening Your Potential
I understand that healing is not one direct path, it may take a few detours, side paths or vantage points. Healing and reversing a condition may take more than just Eastern Medicine and Functional Medicine; in fact, any medicine! As a Certified 200-Hour Yoga Instructor that specializes in kundalini yoga, meditation and breathwork. I believe some of our healing is stored deep in our body. Often practices using breath, movement, meditation, sound current or mantra can evoke your body’s awakening potential to heal.
Over the years, it has been inspiring to see each patient awakening that personal understanding of what wellness meant to them. I am here to serve and support your healing space.
Finding the Right Path
Many patients live out their day enduring chronic illnesses, surviving with their collection of disparate symptoms that in turn consumes their lives. Diagnoses and prognoses leave many with few options outside of management through medications and really with no clear answers. As someone who has experienced this personally, I recognize how finding the right path could mean everything for your health. I too have felt frustrated and misunderstood; but, those moments fired my passion to forge my own path to wellness. My healing journey inspired me to become an Integrative Wellness Practitioner.
as the roadmap
Your body is a complex ecosystem composed of a diverse microbial community. This microbiome provides an innate intelligence that helps to govern physiological systems. However, environmental toxins in the form of air, food and radiation, coupled with mental and emotional stresses can over time alter our microbiome and fuel inflammation.
I treat symptoms as a bigger road map of the journey instead of focusing on one particular “stop”. Symptoms are clues to navigate to my ultimate destination, your health. I focus on the root causes by investigating the collective causes. Often, the Western medical model neglects the whole. My practice of medicine is to view you from a collective and cohesive lens.

Dr. Jacintha ‘Jaz’ Roemer L.Ac
Our Taoist Expert and Resident Chi Nei Tsang & Qi Gong Instructor
Dr. Jacintha “Jaz” Roemer DACM, L.Ac., Dipl.O.M., specializes in digestive health, emotional balancing and educating others about healing their own bodies through awareness, knowledge and self-care techniques. Dr. Jaz utilizes an ancient Chinese Medical Abdominal Massage called Chi Nei Tsang to help students and patients connect to their organs, emotions and digestive processes. According to Chinese Medicine, the organs not only process food, but emotions as well. If you have emotional imbalances, it often shows up in the organs systems. If you have organ imbalances, there are emotions related specifically to those organs and can provide an indication of which part of the body needs to be worked on using visualization, breathing techniques, or physical touch.
